Anyone watch this?

I think it's hilarious when a guy says something like "I don't think I have any flaws" and you just know he's going to lose a ton of lights, and sure enough 15 go at once.

Rich in both entertainment value as well as having a 30 girl perspective of what women really want!

Yeah, you must be from England right?

It's quite a good program, you get to see how women view things. It definately proves confidence over looks, just about every single confident guy had all 30 lights still on.

But don't you think that the women are much more judgemental on that program than usual, one guy lost like 15 lights because he mentioned he works with his mum!

There's one thing that I noticed is that the short guys seem to get more red lights, do you think thats the case in the real world?

Aye, it's a winner with the teen-lower twenties category, pretty much everyone watches it.

I have noticed how all the confident guys go to shit on the date (when it really matters) becoming nice and just plain boring. Question is, is it nerves or is that how they think they should act?

Some of them made a right meal of the whole thing - the guy who wouldn't go swimming with the girl, made him look like her Dad not her boyfriend. How awkward for the girl swimming alone! The guy who in his video mentioned his niece and nephew and CLEANING PRODUCTS! The guy who drove the jetski as slow as possible; I was just crying out for him to do a tombstone piledriver on the girl into the water! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UEz-GTtAIqY

Though tbh, the show screwed the guy over with the girl who went mountain biking but the girl could barely ride the bike. In the real world, they'd give up and go for a woodland walk or something. How much fun can you have when someone can't ride the thing?

I can see working with his mum being a light loser, shows him as sort of a mummy's boy.

Yeah some of the guys are pretty retarded when it comes to the date. The guys who are nice just about always fail, but I've noticed the guys who make all the sexual jokes and escalate pretty much always succeed. Im pretty sure they are too scared to appear weird and freak the girl out by escalating and thats why they fail.

Yeah that guy on the jetski should've grown some balls and put his pedal to the metal! Same with the swimming, chickening out makes you seem less masculine and appear weak.

You got answer for the hieght question, cos im stumped!

I watched this yesterday and just cringed for the most part of it.

When the guys were introduced, they all came across as arrogant rather than just confident, and often seem pretty thick.

Also when they have to turn down the girls they've not interested in, they all act like massive wankers too.

They act like dickheads when introduced, yet over nice in the dates, how can they not keep a consistent medium?!

Girls generally like a tall man but obviously it's just not a height thing! I don't know any girl that says "short, dark bla bla bla..."

They do seem arrogant yeah, over confident, however this facade is revealed when they can't back it up on the date. Lack of congruency always leads to them failing badly.

I've yet to see a successful date!

Adam, not all of them act wankers when turning them down, quite a few of them say sorry. If I went on I'd be grateful for lights to turn off (though I would expect to have a fair few) and say sorry to each girl. Manners cost nothing.
You from North East by any chance? Emre was a Newcastle player a few years ago.

Surely the better way to turn down the girls, and the way i would do it, would be to choose the two girls you want before going along the full line and systematically turning all the other lights off in one swoop. This would prevent hurting feelings and also showing the girls you want that you know what you want, which would be more attractive.

And yeah i am trixta, from Newcastle, well deduced ;)

Yeah if I was a guy I would do that rather than chopping and changing, but maybe the guy jsut hasn't decided.

I'm living in Jesmond for university!
