I'm 18 and live in the UK, my home's in Mid-Wales (one of the countries that make up the UK for those not in the know ) but I go to Uni in England and study Law.
I can't pinpoint the exact date that I entered the world of pick-up, it was probably some point in 2009.

Likely surfing the net I came across a seduction techniques site which named the MYSTERY method, I probably googled this method and found out about the world that you guys live in- like I said I can't remember exactly how but all I know is at some point I realised that I had a wealth of information relating to pick-up at my fingertips.

I read the odd post here and there but it wasn't until early 2010 that I thought about seriously entering the community. Unfortunately I ended up with a girlfriend soon after my decision, through luck and instinct rather than any particular PUA knowledge. I didn't read any material about the game whilst I was with her (naturally) so pretty much forgot everything I had learned (which wasn't that much tbh).

She started getting really serious about the relationship, and at the age of 17 with university just around the corner I was not going to start discussing marriage and children and moving in together... I dumped her in April.

By this point I had completely forgotten about the community but during August I re-discovered this forum, I became a member and I began reading posts and finding material on the net. I wasn't an AFC on the way to becoming a PUA, I was just an AFC reading how to pick girls up- I wasn't taking it seriously enough.

Fast forward a few months, I've finished my 1st semester of Uni without any sex, only a few kisses (you won't believe it but I count this as a lot ) and little improvement in my game. That's the reason I've decided to finally post, I'm not going to improve by just observing you guys. I need to come back and tell you about my failures in order for you to criticise the shit out of me.

I hope that this is my first step to a life of successful pick-up, my goal is not to become a sex god but to become a relatively good artist of pick-up.
