Yesterday I was working on my game, arranging dates. In the evening my grandmother got sick and today she passed away. We were close and I'm not planning to date the next days.

How does the alpha male handle this? Is it oke to tell women what is going on or does and alpha male keep sensitive stuff for himself?

You often see people posting " RIP... " on their facebook walls, asking for a shoulder to cry on. Is not doing this and keeping an untouchable image part of being alpha?

I just downloaded "How to become an alpha male" book by Alexander. Many books out there focus TOO much on the women, for every starter, we need something that focuses on US first.

Even I am confused about alpha. I don't know but being an alpha isn't about being an emotionless robot.

No matter if a moment of weakness is justified or not, I think it's no good for an image. Maybe the alpha man discusses this with male friends.

Psychologically, you don't want to kick in your woman's mothering nature all the time. While it's cool to show some times of weakness, you don't want to make it a part of your character.
