in my social circle there are lots of hot girls but they already know me and i have demonstrated DLV and also have landed in the friend zone with most of them so can i fuck any of the girls i already know

Probably not, at least not right away.

Focus on improving yourself and your skills, when the time comes you can revisit things in your immediate social circle.
