I dont have her number so ill have to ask for it someway through facebook orrrrrrr i call her friend and take her out instead and somehow get stacy's number too. idk it all seems complicated because these girls are friends and i want them both.

That is a pickle. It's weird you don't prefer one to the other, but I guess that happens when you just want to fuck. At this point you should just go for the friend, this makes you look more consistent. Stacy blew you off, you respected that, she should have no hard feelings if you go for her friend. She already told you she wasn't interested after all. If you go back to Stacy, that makes you look like you flip flop at the drop of a hat.

A real PUA would probably tell you to tag the dominant female of the two and then finish off the submissive one, but I don't know shit about that.
