She went offline so i couldnt right her back, because i was trying to right back a good reponce. But she didnt go offline until about 4-6 minutes after she chated it. So i jus think she had things to do.

The stuff you are doing wrong is exactly the fact that you are even THINKING about a regular, stupid FACEBOOK conversation that doesn't even lasted more than 30 seconds.

Step one. Spell correctly.
Step two. Use grammar.
Step three. Don't use facebook chat.
(Use a wallpost or, if you must, an inbox message. Chat is annoying and demands frequent checking. If you post on her wall, you both have time to think of an interesting reply.)

Your goal for online 'seduction' is to get a number, then with that schedual a meet up. One step at a time.

However, while we're on this topic, how old are you?

You could have turned the tables when she said, "Congratulations". I would have responded, "Only for the moment (;" This gets her thinking, "Is he trying to say I'm a bad girl?" "Is he trying to say that I won't be good in the future?" --> I need to jump through his hoop and prove him wrong. And it's very subtle because you're giving her hints that you're judging her and stuff. Imagine if you said, "Well I don't know, you look like a mean girl." Yes, that will get her interest but not in a good way. If she's one of those mature/good girls, you will get your ass told off and then you'll feel how stupid you were. I've done stuff like that before and I've been told things like, "Don't judge people..bla bla." If you're smart enough, you can still steer it the other direction if you know what to say but I don't advise it in that form.
