Start with canned material. Just a few new canned pieces per outing. Spit everything you got at a group every time. Soon enough, it'll take too long.


Why? What you say doesn't really matter. It's how you say it. The focus when in the field is Body Language, Tonality, Frame Control, and whatever else.


I know canned has been out of style for a while (rhymin' like a gangsta), but whatever.
