By the way, how are these lines for re-opening a co-worker that went cold on you (in my case, it's because she wants me to re-ignite things):

-"Did you forget how to speak?"
-"Did you lose your tongue?"

What do you think? I don't want to come off as needy, obviously.

Rocking up and going "Did you forget how to speak?" is setting yourself up for a confrontation which she will want to avoid.

You're absolutely right...but it was only after I read some of 60 Years of Challenge's material did I realize just how stupid an idea this is!

Really, how am I going to set up a sexual vibe with such a dysfunctional SPAM?

Given what I read, I think the best route is to give it time, and then, at my discretion, go back in and reignite things without even mentioning what happened in the first place.

Keep going/doing what works as if nothing happened in the first place.

The less talking on my part, the better.

I've had that problem before, and you have too have more intent, don't aimlessly flirt, and screw around with her, if you don't have an end goal in mind and you aren't staying true too your game plan and steps you know you need to take too bring it there, otherwise imo she'll go cold on you, and don't be afraid too escalate, because when you don't escalate the interaction it will kind of fizz out, and you will be in the friend zone


or maybe she could just be being shy, who knows?
