Ok so I met this girl from another class/course, on the day the class ended. She first initiated contact with me through some lame question, but when I turned to answer her, it clearly showed she had at least some interest in me.

I answered her question, then let her go, as I was busy at the moment. About 15 mins later, I ran into her again and started a conversation, which was going ok and we got to know each other a little better, after which I number-closed.

Following the number close, we were still chatting for a bit, but it got a little quiet towards the end - right before we parted.

I called her in 3 days, she picks up, on the first or second ring. We talk very briefly and I ask her if this is a bad time, she says she's having dinner and will call back. That was 2 days back (about 48 hours), haven't heard from her yet.

How long should I wait before I re-initiate contact?
The girl is an HB9.5, but seemed very down to earth - if that info matters.

send her a text asking if she's finished eating dinner, then if she says yes ask to take her out for dessert

The fact that you are asking this question is that she is playing the game on you and its working. What you said to her on the phone turned her off, which is why she lied about calling you back.

First off, don't call her. It shows that you are needy and is a huge turn off to women. Just talk to her in class as if this situation never happen.

Remember, you said she is a 9.5, which means she has been giving out a lot of her numbers to a number of guys. You have to seperate yourself from the rest of the other guys to make her be interested in you. Good luck!
