That's because she feels slutty, not only in her mind BUT in addition she thinks you think she's a slut. And is embarassed. Did she seem a little shy?
Just assume that a girl will always have buyer's remorse after SNL and she keeps blaming others (her girlfriends for not protecting her, for letting her drink that much, you for seducing her). A week is long time for her to think about it and she doesn't want bad feelings to come back.
