Location: delaware | | I agree with not giving out business cards unless:
They ask and there is some kind of possible business or acquaintance relationship (no definate attraction)
-If your intent is personal/attraction, you need to get their phone number and dont give them out a card as it conveys non personal/attraction.
-I wouldn't even recommend showing a business card unless your dressed like crap and they doubt you say who you are then you could use it in a way to neg them back and see if they have one.
