Lately I've really been into RnB... and of course it made me think about the girl I liked... and just females in general. Turned all mushy gushy. I dunno wtf I was thinking listening to RnB when me and my ex broke up... you can't move on like that lol. So I went back to my roots, played some classic 50 Cent... I'm back baby!

I think when you're with a girl, RnB is great. But when your by yourself listening to these RnB jams, and you start thinking about girls and imagining interactions with them... that's just bad.

Just thought I'd post.

I hear you man. When I broke up with an ex before I went on a Styles P binge for a while and got rid of all my R&B music. But you should at least keep the sex music in your playlist for the nights when you got a naked chick in front of you, know what I mean?

Music most indefinately stimulates you and generates feeling. And chances are your more likely to feel like a badass when listening to 50 cent and have that reflect in your confidence as oppossed to listening to something like cold play.

As a NLP practitioner I always use music to anchor feelings and then when i listen to the song again it'll fire off the anchor.

I have some play lists to elicit some kind of state.

For example, when I'm going out to meet girls I like to listen to some gangsta rap. It makes me feel like the biggest pimp ever.

When I'm lifting weights I listen to some heavy rock/metal which makes me feel powerful.

In general love songs will trigger one-itis. I prefer to stay away from them unless in a relationship.

And so on...

PS: The song in my signature has been useful lately to eject the inner wussy. :P
