Hey guys, I'd like to get your opinion on the following situation.
I went out on a date with this girl I've met online... She was nice and cute, and although we weren't really clicking, the date ended on this sorta nice friendly vibe and she communicated that she'd like for us to go out again.
The next week I attempted to set up another date / meeting with her and being the busy person she is, she didn't quite have the time... blah blah, excuses... so I said whatever text me when you get your act together, not bothering to spend too much time on it.
The epitome of my problem is that she kinda borrowed my $90 winter gloves during that first date, and forgot to return them, haha. I didn't make a big deal out of it, other than tease her a little and we agreed that she'd return them the next time we meet.
2 freeezing weeks later she texts me that it's been a while, that she's free next week, that we should meet up and that she still has my gloves! After poking at her a little, we set up a "date" ... she even calls me to confirm that it's on that same day, but ends up fluking for some unknown "crisis" reason that she promised to explain to me later?
Huh... a week has passed and still nothing.
By this time I've completely lost any residual interest I've had in this girl... I JUST WANT MY GLOVES BACK! :]
So guys... Any ideas?
I was thinking of perhaps deliberately getting her to fetch them to me while I'm on a date with someone else? Sending her the message that she's nothing special and that she's the one missing out while at the same time indirectly DHV'ing myself to my date? (ie. hey look, I've got this cute girl-friend fetching me my gloves cause I was nice enough to let her borrow them)...
Win / Win? Or would that whole scenario backfire? haha
Note that I'm not really hung up on either of the 2 girls and don't really care about the outcome, other than not having to deal with cold fingers anymore
I just want to hear your input / suggestions on the whole thing.
Cheers for reading!
