Well I'm really new to the Game. I can't remember exactly when I discovered it but I started reading up on it a couple months ago. I'm super stoked about what I've learned blah blah blah. I'll just get down to it I guess.

It wasn't a super flashy kiss close but it ended a pretty long dry spell for me. Living in Utah and NOT being Mormon makes things complicated. I'm not complaining because I like a good challenge. Anyway...

I met the HB at her housewarming party get together thing. It wasn't much of a party because it was 5 or 6 guys to 2 chicks, one of which was not attractive at all. The other one, my target, is at least an 8.5 to a 9. Needless to say all the afcs i happened to be with at the time really were trying their hardest to get with the HB9 but I could tell she just wasn't that into it. I volunteered to be the designated driver which was kind of dumb because I was pretty stoned because of being at band practice a little earlier. Basically she was in the kitchen pouring everyone drinks and had a whole bunch of dudes hovering around her. Instead I stayed out in the living room just jamming out to the music having a good time and slowly everyone came out to join me. I guess they figured they would have a better time jamming with me instead of continuing to crash and burn with the HB9.

Well now everyone is fairly intoxicated and chilling out in the living room and the hb9's homely friend started gaming me. I just played it cool and continued having a good time like it was nothing. This must have really struck the HB9 because I would always catch her looking at me from across the room. I knew it was on like donkey kong. Eventually my Veganism came up in conversation and I found out that the HB9 also happens to be vegan. I could tell that this really increased her interest in me so I knew I had to keep my cool.

At this point in time we started playing a game where different you have to guess a word or phrase based on a series of pictures that sound like the word. We split up into teams of two and of course the HB9 wanted to be on my team. She was terrible at it so I definitely had my way teasing her about how much she sucked at the game. Anyway we played sad game for a while until it was time to leave. As my group of friends were heading out the door she wanted to shake hands and made sure to tell me to have a good night. Instead of shaking her hand I pulled out my phone and told her to put her phone number in it. She did. It was just too easy. This was all happening as my friends were heading out the door so they didn't really see me do it which is probably for the best because one of my friends has had a crush on her for years apparently. I don't think he was happy when my friends asked me what took me so long to get out the door and I told them.

I started texting her a couple days after this. My text game is pretty good so setting up a day 2 was pretty easy. We decided to have a vegan pizza bake off at her house a couple days later. So I made my pizza and just had a good time hanging out with her. I checked out her vinyl collection and we listened to records for a couple hours. I knew she was having a good time but I was having problems escalating because I'm still kind of a newb. I left kind of early leaving her hanging and wanting more which I figure was the best thing i could have done. I gave some bullshit reason why I had to leave in a total manner of fact and calm fashion and she was totally cool. She told me that she really wanted to see me again and I told her "maybe if you're lucky" with a cocky smile.

We hung out again 3 or 4 days later at her place again. I still had problems escalating but I knew she wanted me to kiss her by the way she was looking at me and touching her mouth with her finger. I stopped her when she did this and asked her in a Jerry Seinfeld kind of way "what the hell did you just do that for?" She shrugged and I told her I knew why. I then leaned over a bit and smelled her a bit and told her she smelled amazing and she was kind of taken aback because she thought I was leaning in for the kiss. After i was done smelling her I gave her a nice little peck, nothing fancy, but pretty good for me because I've never been good with the ladies. It was quite the adrenaline rush kissing a babe as hot as her. I actually started laughing a little from the adrenaline rush (I was not high either time I hung out with her either for those wondering) for no apparent reason. She then opened up to me a lot more than she was before which was pretty cool to see happen. The evening was then cut short when she had to work and I left kind of bummed that I couldn't escalate further and disappointed that I didn't kiss her better. I mean it wasn't a terrible kiss but it wasn't a great one either. It's been a couple days since this so I figure I'll text her again tomorrow. I've made sure not to text and call her a bunch as to not be like the other afc's she used to just feeding her lots of attention. I did learn some important things I'd like to share.

1. I was amazed that I number closed because I had some pretty bad BO going from rocking out at band practice beforehand. I wasn't able to shower before going to the housewarming party so I smelt really bad. I'm not saying it's a good idea to smell bad but the old more afc version of me would have never guessed that i could number close while smelling so bad.
2. GROW SOME BALLS AND KINO ESCALATE. I didn't do a very good job at this and it makes the kiss close MUCH HARDER than it should be.
3. Be the guy that is having a good time and making others around him have a good time and you will get the attention of attractive women. I used to be a pretty spiteful and negative person so I'm really focusing on getting better at this.

I'd love some ideas on how to kino escalate better and/or critique/analysis. Hopefully this will be the first of many field reports for me.

Wouldn't work here, but the handshake method is by far the best; just keep holding their hand when shaking it until they let go. If they hold it for more than a second or two, it's on.

Random fact to toss out there: When women are on their period they find male body
odor more attractive than they usually would among other things. An males find a
women more attractive at these times as well due to the female voices getting slightly
higher.

I have heard of something similar to this. I was watching a documentary on Netflix a week or so ago on the science of attraction. I thought it sucked because it focused a lot of time on having good looks and having lots of money which is kind of bs. Anyway it did talk about women being aroused by male body odor when she is ovulating AND the male has a compatible immune system. Pretty sure it said she is able to somehow detect this subconsciously.

It's a documentary and, looks and money are important to women. Are you expecting a PBS special about PUA?
