If you let her take charge she will loose all attraction for you if that is what she is attempting to do, however it is possible that she genuinely can only see you on Saturday and if you whine about it you will look like a wuss and the attraction will again disappear as you need to be seen as a man of many options and active social life. The trick is to make Saturday's date "conditional" by agreeing to it on certain terms but make the terms unusual, something along the lines of "Hmmm ok but only if you..." then think of an item of clothing you know she likes a lot like some Jimmy Choo shoes or a sexy dress she loves then insist she wears the item on the date.
