I was wondering what novelty tshirts anyone has worn and gotten responses from, I saw a shirt today that said where amazing happens with an arrow pointing down and was curious if this would attract any comments from random HB's that saw it or not.

Novelty t-shirts are a no go my friend. Especially any shirt with arrows, no matter where or what their pointing at.

Go for flat colors or simple designs. With a button up thrown into the mix.

Agreed. DON'T go the novelty shirt.
A mate goes out with a jim beam shirt "I traded in my girlfriend for a Jim membership".

Sure he gets the odd compliment, but women and guys for that matter know he is an attention whore seeking attention haha.

It also looks a bit cheap and tacky, stick with a nice shirt

Let me put it this way my friend.

Women like men like tom cruise, brad pitt, Russell crow etc.

Would you see them walking round with an arrow pointing to their genitals saying "mr fun time" or whatever it was. NO

NO NO NO

Don't do it. It's cheap, lazy, immature, geeky and will never impress a real woman.

But what about other novelty t-shirts that have no puerile jokes at all. Maybe a reference to something retro or cult or humorous without being vulgar and referencing private parts?

Still makes one look like an attention seeking dork?

I would rather have a good shirt. But put the money I would spend on a "novelty" shirt towards a pair of cool shoes or something.

But you can buy some pretty flamboyant clubbing shirts at certain stores anyway. So there is not really a need for a "novelty" shirt.
