I got into PUA about a week ago and I can not stop reading about it. I constantly read this forum, books and listen to audio books relating to PUA. I am a mild mannered, nice person and don't usually compete for woman. But after reading about PUA, I now know why woman don't find me suitable even though I have been told I look cute so many times by them. Now that you know a little about me, please help me with this situation. There are not a lot of girls where I work at and there is this guy that just pounces on every girl that comes by. I would not describe him as an alpha male. He has no looks but he can talk for days. He just comes off as a self absorbed asshole. Every time I am talking to a girl, he comes by and interrupts me and talks to the girl like I don't exist. Like today, I was talking to this girl that is on a shift after mines and he comes behind her and bangs a metal cabinet to command attention which makes her turn around and face him to talk and gives her back to me. He talks to her for like 30 sec and leaves. I just stood there and acted like it didn't bother me. I can tell she didn't like what he did either. Give me feedback on how to deal with this kind of situations. If I am just being a puss, please let me know and give me pointers on how to stop being a puss.

i would just interact with him and disarm him... theres no reason to think of him as your competition. Unless the other person is a PUA or a natural alpha, i normally dont acknowledge other men as competition and therefore dont feel threatened by their presence. I know that as a PUA i can make women feel like no other man can, if you know this, she will pick up on the fact that his charades dont bother you. As for the cockblock, i say let him join the interaction, befriend him, tease him, use him. But then go back to just the two of you. Just have fun I say, dont overthink it. Cool?

You need to AMOG him out.

A good way is to treat him as your lap dog.Feed him and pet him.

Another way (that i would use) is to overqualify the girl,and disqualify him with a playful manner.Example

You and girl.

You: aww here he comes again *Smiles*
Girl:Who?
Him:hello!!How is it going?My name Richard !
You:Heyyy richiee(like he is a dog),-turn to the girl,we call him richie!we work together here and he is realy funny person!And he has a certain way with girls!Actualy,he has this unique thing-He cant stand 2 ppl talking!He is such a ppl person that always want to enter in a conversation!"

Then you can go cocky n funny,or amog him.Search the web for more info about it!

If you stand there youll look like a douche, but if you leave it shows you have places to got people to see in other words you have things going for you.
You dont need to AMOG the guy, simple body language is good. If he says something turn around look at him, give him the 'what the fark do you think your doing' look then talk back to your target, if he says something and you listen of course your target will listen because you broke eye contact, conversation etc...
always keep your focus on her, anybody talking just look at them and say "ok hang on" or "Im almost finish" doesnt matterr even though you not its just to shut the guy up and keep your target on you

Thanks for the inputs. I must say that the girl from yesterday, I wasn't trying to hit on. Her husband works with us. My problem here is that if I just turn aroung and go when he does this, I am rewarding his behavior and he will keep doing it. If I just join his conversation, again I am rewarding his behavior. I think just saying what the fck dude, I am talking here would do the trick but would come off as competing for the girl and that would be anti PUA

bullshit dude... theres no problem with gaming at work... its not taht much different from when you would game back in school, plus you are forced to see the person every day, which can work to your advantage. In other words take it slow, and easy.
