I really don't have a problem with approach anxiety, however the problem is still there, however small it may be. I can talk to girls just fine, but as for keeping a conversation, and trying to move the conversation up from a stupid joke, to a full blown conversation is where I run into problems. Usually the girl will contribute to the conversation, but sometimes I just freeze up, well not really freeze up, but don't really know what to say. I kind of don't really know how to let the conversation just flow, and get it to be interactive on her part. Also I kind of don't really know how to make the conversation "fun". I see these "popular" kids in (high) school and they seem to have no trouble in picking up girls, just from the conversations they have (and I'm better looking than some of them too!). I kind of want to know what they do, how they create a fun and engaging conversation, that eventually leads to the girl being attracted to the guy. Any tips would be appreciated..Thanks!
