I'm a 3rd year college student and there is a chick in my Accounting class who always sits towards the back. I think she's pretty shy. We haven't talked a lot this semester, but she smiles at me, whenever I hand her back papers or assignments or whatever.

My question is pretty simple - we only have a couple days left of class, so how do I go about asking her out when I haven't really talked to her all semester? It seems a bit different than a normal street situation because I feel like in her head, she's gonna be like "Why haven't you just talked to me during the semester instead of waiting until now to randomly ask me out" ... or am I just over thinking it?

Suggestions?

Well i have been in the same scenario as you. except made my move first time i saw her in class. I think you should N-close her first then go from there DAYGAME style. like for example say what did the teacher talk about yesterday i was not paying attention (any general class question). then just run normal game on her kino neg till you get N-close by asking her out simply i usually say (ask her if she goes clubbing before this) and say ïm going to this really cool bar they have a live band i was wondering if you like to tag along (make it sound exciting) and... actually u should (she usually say why or should i?) then u say only if you behave ur self. then just let her put in the number her self she is least likely to say no. Then u got a date even if u dun go on that date u can call her and ask her somewhere else( that bar thing was just to get her to give u her number) just make it sound exciting and fun.

might be weird to begin with but it will be worth it. maybe start with a cockey / funny opener asking her why she hasnt asked you out yet.

Soo... You are pretty much overthinking it. Thinking about the outcome is usually a waste of energy that you could use for so many other things.
You said yourself that there's only a couple of days of class. If that's true, then you've got nothing to lose. If she rejects you, you may never see her again because colleges generally have thousands of people.

You talk to her the same way you would if you walked into class the first day and saw her. Don't bring up the fact that you haven't spoken to her all semester. Only talk about it if SHE brings it up.
If she does bring that up, then be like, "Why haven't you talked to me?" (Reason being that she should always have the spotlight. It makes you more mysterious and such). She might blush or smile. Continue the conversation with something you did in class or anything really. She'll forget about the whole, you never talking to her. Then you just game her like you would any other HB.
