Well as the topic states I'm 15 and inexperienced at picking up girls. I'm from Walnut Creek CA, which is a pretty affluent suburban area, if that makes a difference. What are some tips that can help out a newbie?

A random tip: Never be scarred or nervous. Your state of mind will affect hers. Feel comfortable in your environment, and she'll feel at ease as well.
