Ok, so I went to Clair's Icing with my sisters today, and at the register, I saw a very attractive girl workin the register.
I didn't talk to her because I was a mess today. My mom says that I need to return some stuff for her there, and I thought that this was the perfect opportunity to meet her and ask her out on a date (If she's workin that day.)
I mean, I'm not gonna go in there, return things, ask her for her number, and leave. That sounds kinda creepy.
I'm going to go and return stuff. Then shop around pretending to look for stuff for family and casually start brining up a conversation with her. Asker her if she thinks this would make a good present for my sister? Then after 20-30 minutes, I'll see if she wants to grap coffee or a lunch sometime.
You think this sounds creepy? I usually do this on campus (I'm a college freshman). I've never done it outside of campus before. That's why I'm worried. I mean, if she says no, then I'll forget about it. I'm not the type of guy who pursues and pursues.
The best way to get Hired guns is to seed them. Dont just ask her out on a regular boring lunch date, think about something you and your friends are gonna do in the future that's fun (bowling, ice skating etc) and talk about it with her along with other stuff, then game her using your approach ("whats a good gift for my sis?") until you guys are getting along.
Then before you leave mention the event you and your friends are going to do and invite her along. It's a million times more comfortable for the girl to use this method instead. Then tell her to put her number in your phone as opposed to asking for it.
These are all things I've learned from other people, and they all work. I actually used this example because I convinced a bartender at a local bar to buy me a free drink because she would be seeing me a lot more at her place (this is the first time I'd been there) and invited her to come bowling with me and my friends.
