| As a general rule I tend to stay away from gaming at work or relationships in general at work. Been stung once or twice with them, that's not to say it's cannot be done, it just takes a different approach.
I've done it before I got into the community and it's where I had my most success, the reason being is that because you work with them, you have to talk to them and it allows you to portray yourself over time, a massive plus in my opinion. Act like their friends, be friendly with them and escalate slowly, sometimes all it takes is to get a little closer to them emotionally and just come out and say that you like them and would love to get to know them outside of work, swap numbers and take them on a brilliant day out.
Also, it's important that you don't become obsessed with her and also have other options or appear to at least. One of the mistakes I made early, with having a near obsession with a girl I worked with that was clearly going nowhere and it was obvious to everyone else but me, now that I can reflect on that and laugh about how desparate I looked, completly different person now and so is she.
Ok, short version,
-Be Friendly with her and talk to her about experiences and your life
-Make sure you listen to her stories aswell and comment on related things and/or things you want to do (Holidays, studies, movies, anything)
-Escate regular Kino, I was amazed by how effective this was and it gets her used to your touch
-Make sure you take her out, outside of work on a fun day 2, I like Bowling for example, nice, easy and cheap aswell
-Don't complain abut work to her, it shows your negative side, aviod if possible
-Most importantly, have fun with it, if it doesn't happen, it doesn't happen, worst case scenario, you have a new female friend and that's always a huge plus.
