Here's the deal.
I've been on three dates with this girl from my school. She is very shy.
I pursued her using a direct approach and at first was rejected, but later she saw me out and came up to me and I easily number closed. She said that she only rejected me at first because she was shy and I caught her off guard.
First and second date went great. We connected very, very well. She said that the second was the best date she's been on. The third went well too but it was just a movie date so we had less conversation.
She's an innocent girl but she grabs me and makes out with me everytime she's seen me since the first date.
Anyways, I try to text her usually only to set up dates, but I've sent her a total of two texts over the last three days since our third date, both AFC mistakes ("I hope you have a great day today sweetheart" "Sleep well XXXX" ) It's important to note that her responses to texts have been kinda short this whole time.
Both times her response was merely "thanks"... Her brevity makes me feel like I'm bothering her, when I feel like two texts over three days isn't invasive. Can I chalk this up to her shyness, or is her interest fading for some reason? Should I wait for her to initiate a conversation with me? Wait a few days and try to set up another date?
Thanks for the advice guys..
Hi man!
Common, dont fool yourself. it seems like you have a great thing going on. this is the time where you get to do great things together! go out, visit stuff, do crazy stuff, get to know each other, eventually discover each other sexually.
So i need to welcome you to the mysterious world of digital communication and not knowing what the fuck it means. What does a text message say really? Nothing, you dont have a face, you dont have sound. So what can you make up from somebody who is shy? Nothing!
So there is nothing going on that you should worry about (if this is the only tihng that is bothering you). So ask her to do something, not in a few days, TODAY! if you want to ofcourse. have fun. get to know each other.
dont worry.
ciao
