New to MPUA Forum

I have been studying pick up for about 6 months now. Although i have been studying and know a considerable amount i still am looking for people who actual like talking about it. Most of my friends never want to go out and try anything. So it looks like i found the right place. I have one question i have pretty bad AA to the point were my body actually hurts that i have noticed. What would be some baby steps to overcoming this.
