long story short, there is this hb8 who works at a maccas that i go to every week. unfortunately, from what i can see she only works night shifts and she only works at the drive through window during this time. so what sort of openers can i use in this situation?

Thats fairly simple. if you can, take 1 or 2 girls with you in order to demonstrate a DHV and when you talk to her, make sure to be smiling and playful, then introduce yourself. Its pretty hard to get her number on the same night, so just wait for next time when you see her.
