There's this girl in class that's pretty cute i don't want to go out with her or anything but like just be friends we have a class together and she sits like diagonal to me we've only talked a few times the semesters almost over what could i do to like get to know her and all the teachers like a bitch so we can barely talk and shes pretty quiet herself any tips?

You could write and give her a silly/funny note during the class... make fun of the teacher via the note..

Dude.

You want to be "just .. friends" and you don't know what to do?

Just go sit with her. Say "You look like you might make a nice friend."

You don't need to be a pua if you wanna be friends with someone...the only rason why we use these methods is because we have approach anxiety and fear of rejection.
