What is the most perfect word to say/or do to a girl who tells you that she is too insecure to leave the house to see you?

Given that the girl is more attractive than you.

you could tell her youll come over, if you can cook offer that, or offer some house activity shell enjoy and give the idea in a way to make feel less insecure about whatever her insecurity is.

What is she insecure about?

I don't think we can help you without more info. For all I know, she might just be fishing compliments or making you submit into just another AFC. Or she might think you're higher value than she is--in which case cooking for her might actually make it worse...

Any idea what might actually be going on here?

well tell her shes gourgeus/beautiful never hot... make her belive she is pretty, itll take some convincing but it can be done, i do it daily

You can't extinguish that feeling, but you can mitigate the damage. Do tell her that she's pretty (not hot) but do so with specifics, e.g. mesmerizing eyes, captivating smile, aura she exudes. So when she sees that perfect 10 model, she can look at herself and still see some beauty.

As for her body, take her out to get attention from other guys. This doesn't work with every girl, but for some getting attention from other guys, coupled with some therapy babble from you, will help.

all insecure girls want one thing. the approval of everyone, on a deep psychological level. they need the approval, so telling her shes is beautiful is one way, you defintly cant agree if she says shes ugly, so convince her to lie to her self on a sub concius level to think shes beautiful
