When you're kino escalating, remember to use push-pull. That's when you escalate, break contact, re-engage, escalate more, break off, etc. You give her something she enjoys, then take it away, then she WANTS you to give it to her again. This creates sexual tension and makes it seem as if she wants the sex rather than you pushing for it.

All of that other shit she said, just ignore it. It was her way of rationalising why she didn't feel like it.
