I am a 22 year old virgin trying to learn how to approach women.I am overweight so I always thought women wont find me attractive .I now realise that looks are irrelevant but its all about the image you project.Joining this site is one of the best things I have ever done.

Looks aren't a problem for some people but it does help to look as good as possible. I would try to trim up a bit if I was you, if not for the ladies, then for yourself as you'll feel better emotionally and physically.

True, you should consider joining a gym or doing things that are more condusive of a healthy lifestyle. Dieting is important too.
For attracting women, these things are not necessary. Dude, I am not sure if you have ever seen it, but there are guys (who are not good-looking) out there who attract and have sex with beautiful women. Looks really does not have that much to do with seducing women. Now you do need to show a women that you know how to take care of yourself, that is, showing them you know how to dress, your teeth are clean, your skin is good, etc. These are quick fixes that if you invest on some beauty supplies you can get those things fixed right up.
What is more important for you is to have a confident, powerful, and strong being. Having a strong self-esteem will convey values to a women that will attract her. Usually, these characteristics develop after you have done activities that you love and you notice that you are actually an interesting person who should have what you want. If there is anything I can tell you, it is that you should focus on inner-game so that you can hav your personality in good standing; the girls will come after.

Looks aren't everything, but I think losing weight can help ya out. I gotta lose my belly myself
