So I feel like I have a big problem with Jealousy and attatchment. Whenever I tend to spend enough time around just one girl I become quite obsessive and continue to think about them all the time and what they're doing or who they're with.

I tend not to show it to the girl and just fake coming off as someone who doesn't really care but I really fuck with my own head when I'm not around them. I tend to think about them all the time and although I've never been in a real relationship with any of the girls I've felt attatched to I get jealous when I think about them and who they may be hanging around with or sleeping with even if I'm sleeping with other girls at the same time.

I hate feeling like this and I know it's a major insecurity thing but I can't really help it and don't know how to. I want to stop being that guy. My dad was a very jealous person and it ruined his marriage to my mother and I really don't want to end up or be like him at all so any help is appreciated.

i feel you man, i have/had this problem too. I still have it but i deal with it, what i do is try to "game" that girl. See how she responds, i have a girl that i was in that situation with and i did what i would do to any other girl and it worked, f-closed her one night.

On the other hand i have had another situation and found out she wasn't interested. This is where you need to move on and go out and meet other women.

Either way, ask the girl out to hang out and do what you would do with other girls.
