Hey guys, got a few questions about what it takes to be successful in the game. First off do size, race, and persona make a difference on the field? I ask because I'm overweight. I have started working out and changing my eating habits recently, but I still have a long way to go. I've watched and read a good bit of seduction stuff and even though they say anyone can do this none of the "guru" are ever overweight. Second issue is race. I am African American but I tend to only like chicks outside of my race. I would like to think race doesn’t matter now-a-days, But who knows. I'm also a pretty big nerd/geek. I was the kid that sat around and read sci-fi books instead of going out. At school when I walk by fraternities and sororities and see Greek letters I think calculus instead of beer and parties. I am trying to change what can be changed but it will take awhile, I should still be able to pick up chicks during this process right?

On a side note I do tend to go for 8,9,and 10s when I'm out in the field(aka the Mall) should I lower my standards?

Weight: It's good that you're at least working on it. Do weight training, and then do 30 minutes of cardio interval training afterwards, 3-4 times a week. Eat lots of protein, fat (good fat - olive oil, grass fed butter, avocado, coconut oil, unpasteurised milk from grass fed cows, raw cheese, etc.) and veg and cut out sugar, bread, pasta, potatoes and as many carbs as you can. Race: Doesn't matter AT ALL. I was just seeing a couple of black girls, before that had a south american gf, before that korean, etc etc. Female psychology is female psychology.

Persona: I'm a huge science nerd. I read the complete works of Richard Feynman (Nobel prize winning American quantum physicist, for those who aren't as cool as me) by the time I was 15. Walking up to a girl at a party and saying "I'm about as attracted to you as a proton is to an electron" probably won't get you laid. However, you can channel your natural instinct towards sciences that women generally find interesting (and can understand!) like psychology, for example. Also, during comfort your "embarrassing story" can be that you used to be a bit of a nerd, but that you've always been fascinated by the universe or the patterns of nature or something like that and get into a cool kind of philosophical conversation. Again, it's about presenting your best self, not pretending you're somebody else or being ashamed about who you are. Girls are attracted to intelligence, and to a guy who speaks passionately about their interests, even if they don't necessarily share them.

Standards: Don't lower your standards for anyone for any reason. However, there's no reason not to talk to EVERYONE in the mall, not just the girls you want to fuck. If you're constantly being social and talking to men and women, then when the HB10 comes along it won't be as big of a deal to open her, and you'll already be in a positive, social frame of mind.

Yeah, game is for everybody. Of course the way you look and your personality type is going to change your results. Every girl has a type... Some girls don't care about looks, others are more shallow and want a guy with model looks... Some girls like a really childish funny guy, others like a more mature serious kind of guy... Some girls like quiet guys, other's like more extroverted guys... Basically, for every guy out there there will be plenty of girls that will find you attractive (and quite a few who don't). With game you will have a much stronger chance of attracting and keeping these girls.

Don't believe the bullshit that looks don't matter at all. A good looking guy is always going to have it easier, but gurus that want to sell you their products will tell you differently. Also don't believe the bullshit that you will be able to attract and and every girl you meet once you get to a certain level of game, NOBODY can. But if you learn game properly and stick at it you'll be able to find your 10 some day

Gaming is not for everyone. It is only for people who are willing to get out there comfort zone and are willing make changes to there lifestyle. Which can be everyone.

Its for everybody, just have to make sacrifices, and like ouch said you have to get out of your confort, but you can do that with baby steps but take every step of the way and then you will reach your objective which is self improvement always.
