She may feel unwanted but if you sexually escalate next time she'll realise you're into her but that logistics were in the way last time. Also she'll probably be thinking about you in a good way. The points thing is fun, but maybe don't actually say "sex." Just say "enough points" and she'll know what you're hinting at
