if your starting out i recommend Sinn's 'Magic Bullets', it helped me develop my game a lot and taught me some dynamite openers and routines! if you pm me i ill give details how to get it.
I've read a lot and this has been my favourite so far!
If you want help or know what results i have had from field tests then just ask.
