I dont see how that's a shit test,plus you never even stated what level you're on with this chicc:just met her,she's your gf,you've already f closed her..?

Assuming you havent laid her yet,but there's enough comfort for her to be alone with you...

I'd just lift her ass up(lol).

She doesnt want to get up,you playfully lift her or you tickle her in a fun/playful way which will propel her to comply.

Tell her to stand up because shes sitting on the remote, when she stands up just say since your standing up you might aswell change the channel :)
