Hello all,

I’m 29 and new to the game. I live in Chicago and looking to take advantage of the great night scene here. Growing up I had tons of self-esteem issues. I didn’t go to any social events or dances growing up. I could remember the first time I talked to a girl she said “ewww”, and that kind of messed me up. Ever since then I don’t find blonde white women very attractive. Not to say that I don’t have sex with them, they just are not my first choice. I’m a bit too quiet and still working on some issues, but needless to say I have made tons of progress. I went from not being able to work the courage to talk to a woman to getting her number and F-closing her in 2 days. I’ve had my share of one-night stands and long-term relationships, but I want more than that. Reading The Game and MM has changed my perception for the better and I am looking to continue the improvement process. My bro told me about the game a number of years ago but I never really took it seriously. Then, I started reading The Game, listening to audio books, used some of the teachings, and I feel like a new man. The wings that I go out with are not into the game, so it makes the process all that much harder to gain experience. I have never been to a bootcamp, but seriously thinking about going to one soon. I can number close most of the time, but need help with getting more on the first meeting. When I F-close from time to time its usually on the 3rd meeting. What do you guys think about my progress so far and what else can I do to improve quickly? I am looking to learn and share my knowledge with others.
