One of my old elementary school friends (btw we haven't talked in a long time) just posted a picture of a guy on my wall that she thinks looks like me. I dont know how to approach this, although its clear she is trying to open me. Help on how to respond would be appreciated.

Tell her it is you, all that time you guys weren't in touch you went and pursued a singing career. She'll laugh knowing it isn't true then use the line for the comment above.
