I think your moral standing in this situation is a little skewed. I'm not a big fan of helping people fuck and chuck but I also wouldn't want to restrain from helping someone out in getting over oneitis. I still have to say before anything you should run away from this situation.

That being said. It sounds to me like all you really need to do it separate and seduce. If she's already pregnant and dry-humped you in front of her boyfriend, she sounds like she's probably the one doing the seducing anyway.
