Hey guys,

I was in NYC this weekend showing my sister around and while she was trying on clothes in some womens clothing store in Chinatown, I noticed that almost every girl in there was a 7-9.5. Not only were the ratings high, but there was 40 girls in the store and only 3 guys. I decided not to let this time go to waste... even though I hoped my sister wouldn't come out and see me sarging... If my sis wasn't there, I could have made 30-40 approaches easily... It was like fishing with dynamite.


Anyway, I used Mystery's 3-second rule because in this setting, it is very intimidating. So I see a blonde 8.5-9 over in the corners with a girlfriend and they are looking at long sleeved shirts. I walk over to my target and take the shirt out of her hands and say-

"You definately can't pull this off". She is stunned and taken-aback, so I throw this awful looking sweater at her and say-

"THIS, now THIS is definately a great look for you!" I say this with a cocky grin, so she knew I was joking. She laughed and hit my arm playfully (IOI).

HB-"How dare you! (smiling)"
Apollo-"What, I am just doing a public service by not letting you out in skimpy clothing." (I was hesitant with this one because it was a strong neg, but she reacted well).
HB-"Oh yea? So you think you have good taste?"
Apollo-"Apparently better than yours... (laughing)"
HB-"Ok, well, you can help me out then. Come on."
Apollo-"I can help you out a little, but I am helping my little sister shop (the HB loved that I was helping my sis). Maybe there is another time we could meet up and I shead some more of my fashion wisdom and help you out."

Number closed with record timing and before my sister got out of the dressing room.

Before I got interested (more like obsessed) in PUA I would always get a LJBF. THis is now paying off for me like no bodies business.

Last week I went out shopping for a buncha clothes and such. Since I was going I figured I would get some female opinions. Sooo, I called a few of my LJBFs and talked them into coming along making sure that I didn't walk out of there looking like a Hawaiian Polluk painting.

Thread, you don't need to peacock to build confidence. In fact, if you peacock before you have the confidence to approach, it will intimidate you further. I would suggest getting into the most comfortable setting you can imagine for yourself and starting approaches there. From that point on it will get easier.
