Hey guys, I guess I will refer to myself as Pelizzoli in this post. I decided to choose this as my PUA name because of a football goalkeeper who played for A.S. Roma named Ivan Pelizzoli. He was a sub par keeper, but was notorious amongst team mates for dating the most beautiful women.
I am 20 years old and located in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. I first got into the game after my senior year in high school. I got bad oneitus. Dealt with it like a classic AFC, buying gifts, telling feelings, little success. I was hurt and knew something needed to change. First year of University I bought "The Game". My success with girls improved dramatically, and I was finally getting good looking girls with somewhat regularity. What I realized as I grew, however, is that my failure rate was very high. I didn't truly understand negs, and idolized the gurus. I then picked up "The Mystery Method", and did readings of Braddock and Cajun from Lovesystems, along with some thoughts from RSD and Sinn.
The method I follow in pickup is The Mystery Method, although I follow it loosely. I try to keep the basic structure of Open, transition, attraction (DHV, tease, cold read, role play, games) then qualification and comfort. I would say I mostly run teases and DHV in attraction, but I will add in games, cold reads and roleplays at my discretion and based on social intuition. I don't rely to much on canned openers, however I have nothing against them. A lot of my game is direct for ONS.
Outside of the pick up community my passions are music, weightlifting, mixed martial arts and sports in general. I have been boxing and doing jiu jitsu for 3 years now, and it gives me a huge self concept for inner game. A musician I really respect is Bob Marley. His songs really pick me up when I have rough patches. I have a painting of his a girl friend made for me over my desk to remind me everything will be alright. Its a nice DHV to have when girls come to my apartment!
I am actively pursuing a career as a firefighter. Before school I spent 2 months in Italy playing professional football before getting cut. I try to encorperate that as a DHV but I never know how early to use it without sounding try-hard.
Pick up has already helped me improve in so many ways. My fashion, body, posture, self confidence etc. My specific goal is to simply have lots of high quality women I can regularly call in my life. I don't want to settle and I want to be able to have the high quality women I know I deserve. I am currently closing a decent amount but there is always room for improvement. I am a member of other forums and I can not wait to meet some more cool people in this one.
