I'm in college and I don't drink at all. Will this noticeably affect my game? As in will people think that I'm boring because I don't drink?

No it wont affect your game, Its all about how you present yourself and how you feel.
Just walk around with alot of confidence, at a party just talk to everyone and make them laugh and they wont notice you are not drinking, you could even just walk around with an empty can of beer if u wanted.

I hate to bring it to ya but people think you are boring because you ACT boring, because maybe your to afraid or to ashamed to show that you are actually interesting

drinking has nothing to do with it...
drink if you want to drink, it is fun
don't if you don't want to, it's ok too

But don't drink to "help your game", it won't, it won't make it worse too

I've noticed that at a party where everyone's drunk, even the sober people seem a bit drunk.
