I just don't believe that anyone would EVER want to be with me or come round mine and I dont understand why!
I was married for 12 yrs and couldnt understand why she wanted to be with me!
I think its called an inferiority complex and Ive had it since I was about 14 or so i think. It not only negates my game but also just making mates who I believe would never want to come round and just chat and have a beer.
What negativity is this and what positive messages can I tell myself in order to start believing that girls would actually want to come round mine or just hang out or go on a date etc?

It is still amazing to me that a woman can choose me over other guys. I keep thinking that there must be something wrong with them...

However, I have realized that other guys arent all that great either. They just seem great to you. When push comes to shove, they are weak insecure losers like the rest of us. (Unless you are not one of them.)

So, try to just accept that a girl can find you attractive, you probably have a great personality when people get to know you. I mean, almost every single person I have met in my life have been awesome, at least the ones I have got to know.

Make a mental journey and find out what you hate the most about yourself, then change it. And during this journey, you are gonna find a lot of things that you like about yourself!

Because appearance also matters. Look at Mystery, he looks like a freak. Even if he has amazing game, he still has lower points in appearance compared to an alpha male.

It's best to be an alpha male AND have amazing game. I just don't understand why people want it the easy way. They just think to themselves, "I'm just going to build up my game." Why "just" game..? Building muscle is at their disposal too! Everything adds up. Your game, your clothing, your muscles, the type of car, etc.

Being a PUA demonstrates mental dominance that an alpha male would have. However, muscles demonstrate the physical dominance. So why not work on both?
