First of all the music is so loud I can't be heard or even hear anything myself. I also don't know how to make small talk so even if they could hear me I wouldn't know what to say. I also don't really loosen up because I don't drink so I don't have the same vibe going.

My friend even said he didn't have fun when he went there sober and it's totally different when you're drunk along with everyone else. He said to ask questions like "How's your night been?" and "What you doing this weekend?"

What other kind of questions should I ask and how should I make it so I can talk louder and hear better?

bar/club game in my opinion is all about building social proof. there are many ways to go about this, i suggest you do some research.

i don't really drink anymore either, but i usually order a club soda w/ lime because it looks like an alcoholic drink. if you don't have enough social proof, then walking around all night w/ out a drink can make you seem a lil awkard and odd.

i can't explain how to talk louder other than raise the volume from your core muscles, not your throat or mouth muscles.

to hear better don't lean in, just look at lips while people are speaking every so often to try to understand better.

Thanks for mentioning this. Any good links? Not important but if you recommend something.

I get just water and ice most the time. I hate the damn loud music. I feel awkward asking them to repeat themselves and then if I don't hear it the second time I don't want to ask again. Watching the lips, I'll try it. But if it's a man he'll think I want to kiss him. I talk to friends there too.

I saw some popular dude I hadn't seem for ages. He was like "omg hey [insert name]! kjforevdjvcuerviouvckdebv???"

He was too far away from me to lean in. So I just kind of stared. It was awkward. I think I said something ridiculous that didn't make sense then he left.

Matador, Lovedrop, AFC Adam, and Spear all have a lot of interesting material on club game. Use google.

Lol 'water and ice'. Im allergic to alcohol so whenever i drink it hits me 10x harder than a regular person, but i still man up and drink because it does loosen me up. Just buy 1 beer and sip it for the whole night.

The reason I don't drink alcohol is because if I do I breakout (acne) and that makes me stay indoors for weeks. Also when I'm drunk I can't think straight in high pressure situations.

Like this one time quite a few years ago there was this girl I had been crushing on for ages, then I met her when I was drunk and I messed up so bad. She told me to never talk to her again.

Accutane is very dangerous and my condition nowhere near severe enough to resort to it. Thanks though. I'm keeping my skin 90% clear from diet as long as I don't have things I'm allergic to or highly inflammatory.

I should have joined the Canadian Army. Or is that a Sapper thing? I know a thing or two about how we train our Sappers, but I'm sure there are differences.
