I should still be negging her right? So I won't seem easy to get, and DLV?

Just talk to her like normal, you did everything fine. She obviously like you and you took control of the situation and it's her part to decide if she can go, logistics is probably holding her back because of age (parents, permission, transportation, etc.) Oh and about the card, you should just give it to her and be say you forgot to give it to her but forgot.
Nice job man! I wish I can the community when I was just a tyke in High School.

For sure you should have the mindset of building others up not taking them down. Now that we got that out of the way, dude you should totally just ask someone else to the dance, if she says no of course, but why would she? Anyways just ask someone else and have a great time. That would help your social proof. Nice how I tied that back into game. Cheers!
If you want any advice for highschool game pm me, I just graduated last year.

I don't want you to be mad, I just can't go." And I seriously just played it cool, I just responded "Oh it's ok" and then she asked "are you sure?" i said "yea, its ok" she asked again "are you sure?" and i said "yea i'm straight" and she attempted to be funny saying something like "i'd hope your straight, cus....blah blah blah" and we laughed.
(while she was telling me this she did seem very sincere, and she seemed a bit surprised when she saw I didn't really stress it) Idk if its possible but i could tell by her eyes that she was being honest.... oh and she has really pretty eyes(like blue/green but they slightly change colors on some days) so eye contact with her comes naturally haha
Then I got back to talking to 2 other friends (girls) at her table that I always talk with for a bit.

I'd actually take this opportunity to invite her somewhere else, maybe go out for lunch one day and chill or go out to an amusement park. She knows your interested, but dont be put off cause she cant go to homecoming.
Wait a little while and just ask her out again somewhere out. Logistically, can you take her out for a day of fun or will that be hard for you?

The other issue is I just turned 16 and get my license next month, so I don't have a car yet. But I was thinking I could take her Ice Skating, because I've done that once and it was sooooooo fun + I can kino while trying to teach her how to ice skate.
