I'm working some social circle game. One of the girls I'm in the process of getting out of the friend zone. It's been going pretty well. Today I decided to IM her and chat a bit lay some more ground work on her. Convo is going great, shes laughing, shes saying flirtatious things to me. Convo dies down a bit and I just shoot her a question about something I know she likes. She doesn't answer... how would you guys handle it? Would you say something to her about not ignoring you (you don't accept that kind of behavior)? Would you just stop talking to her in that conversation (showing it doesn't matter or effect you)?

I know some people will say don't IM/Text unless to set up a date but I'm a college student, IM is part of our generation. I think it's especially fine in social circle game (but certainly not to overdo it).

What would you guys do?

You answered your own question. Always time constraint your IMs and calls and leave her wanting more. The best time to cut a thread, break rapport, or end a conversation is when things are GOING WELL, not when it's too late and you've already lost momentum. If you want to appear like a busy guy with shit going on then you don't have time to talk to her on IM for longer than 5 minutes. And there should always be a drive to future project and make plans for next time.
