Hey Guys,

Let me you alittle about me.I use to be the poster child of a nice guy/push over.I started reading on this fourm decided to change my life started working out.I really was a nice guy,not very confident.I dated this girl for about three years.I was in love she was my every thing.Anyway she was going to have a child last year but decied to abort the child,need less to say we are no longer dating.Now here is my problem...I have no trust I later found out that child she was carrying was not mine.Has any one had this happen to them?If so how did you trust women?It messed me up alittle I suffered alot of anger and trust problems.It got so bad that I broke my hand after punching a tile wall.I just want to trust agian and not be so angry but I'm finding it alot harder to do that...
