| In your room, make sure there's only one chair, if any, your bed and maybe your computer on a desk. Don't put any more shit in there. This means that when you bring a girl home, and say "oh I gotta show u that youtube thing I was talking about," she has NO CHOICE but to sit on your bed, or on your lap to watch it.
Invest in bathroom cleaning products and make sure it's SPOTLESS. A girl will probably go there at least once before you get her into bed and it can be a massive state break if it's dirty.
Make sure you decorate with things that are congruent with who you are and emphasise your interests. For example with me, I have framed photos I took on holiday running down the hallway from the kitchen to my bedroom, so we can grab a drink, I can talk about my travels and my photography hobby, and show her the photos as we walk down the hallway. Then there's the bedroom, with my guitar against the wall or my laptop which I can play songs off of, and everything nicely transitions into conversation about that, keeping her mind off the fact that I'm leading her into bed whilst offering plausible deniability about what's gonna happen.
Finally, make sure your common area is clean, tidy, comfortable and your fridge always has alcohol in it so there's always at least ONE reason for her to quickly come round for a nightcap. Having things like shelves with little mementos from journeys you went on displayed, framed record sleeves by your favourite bands, or anything else that helps add depth and substance to your character and gives you material to talk about is useful to have around.
