openers and stuff works fine for me and i got a few routines

but i want to broaden my knowledge

make your own routines up! you're not a tape recorder... you're a person with a brain and his own life experiences... and if you have no life experiences then make shit up! go for gold young fella lol... by the time you finish your set the bucket on your chin should be full from all the shit you just dribbled lol! fake it until you make it mate :)
