Some text drama happened with this girl.

I became a complete jerk and said some pretty mean things to her. I even told her she needed to lose weight and to fuck off. Ye I know i acted like a jack ass.
She ended up calling me after that and we talked, I apologized to her because I genuinely shouldn't have said that.

Is there any way I can come back from this? I don't want to message her or text her too much because I don't want to come off as clingy.

What is the best way to go about it?

why did you go off at her like that? you probably need to earn her trust again and say some bullshit like "oh i was having a bad day... i recieved some bad news and was only acting on my emotions" usually that kind of stuff works lol... just bullshit your ass off lol if not then just move on brother haha :)
