this one girl at my work always asks do i look cute and on seperate occasions did you miss me.. whats the best neg you guys can think of i can use on her?

If she asks do you miss me, I would flat out say no.

If she asks if she looks cute, I would say something like, "Yes, you look very cute. Some girls have stunning features, some girls are pretty but you definitely have that cute look nailed down!"

Actually now that I think about it, if she asks me if she looks cute, I'd flat out say no!" LOL but I'm kind of a douche!

I would say "Yea your cute but what personality features do you have that are attractive and different?" with a little wink. This will show you're challenging her and she may want to prove herself to you.
If she tries to display higher value give her an SOI then probably do some kino and try and escalate.

That would be the most generic answer u can use. I would just say: sure. It shows a slight indifference because se doesn't know if you are finding her cute or she is cute in general... Anyhow tell us how it goes

Regarding cute, I'd probably say something like "yeah you look cute, but you would look cuter if you were [insert I.e blond, brunett, skirt, dress, etc etc]"

all these "you would look better like this blah blah" are bad negs cuz their not really engaging just a shot to her ego.

Agreed, people need to use the usual lines for each case, just go with what's on your mind... Say she is cute and maybe she will appreciate the honesty or say no and joke about it if that is your personality. This isn't exist science, just go with what you feel makes sence

Personally, ima dick.. so whenever a girl looks for approval, I just blow her out in a playful sarcastic tone... & its congruent with my personality so it always ends up in laughs and teasing..

being congruent with yourself is the key to looking the most confident and natural, Techniques are just there to supplement social intelligence..

What I said is being playful if used in a playfull tone. You can say just about anything you want as long as you get the body language and tone right.

And what I'm saying is not a neg or shot at her ego. According to op, he already has this girl in the comfort zone so its just breaking rapport a little bit and again, being playful.

Saying yes or no, how boring and un playfull. You want to break her ego, then go ahead and say no or be a dick about it.

Plus, by giving a double sided comment as I mentioned, lets her know you think she is cute, but not 100% perfect for you which in turn gives her a bit of a challenge since she knows she doesn't 100% have you. She will try to prove to you otherwise.

no offense, but some of you guys around here need to expand your horizons a bit.

Oh and btw, what I said had been field tested with like 100% success.
