Not really. If you hit a chick up with a reference to that, she'll think you're too hungry for attention. You could just open to her in a general manner, assuming attraction (John Alexander) but without assuming that the status-like is an expression of that attraction.

Facebook is so vast and open these days that you have the option to like just about anything posted by anyone even if you don't know their first name, forget being friends with them.

Noooo the whole "I like in on/in the _____" status updates are for breast cancer awareness. It's supposed to be where the female likes to put her purse. Hence "I like it on the kitchen table". Meaning when they get home they put their purse on the kitchen table.
